A cold call from Hantec Wealth Mangement Advisor Limited.  They are pushing a Zurich Vista Fund Plan.  Their selling points are:

1. First 18 months compulsory monthly investment, e.g. 10000 per month.  Afterwards, can change to any amount or even stop monthly investment.
2. For the first 12 months, they offer 50% extra on my money to put on buying fund i.e. 15000.
3. Low service charge: around 1% a year.
4. Free switching
5. 25 years' plan; can either take back the money or get monthly return as a retirement plan

Questions:

1. Is is safe to use Hantec? and put money in Zurich bank?
2. Hantec said their offer is up to November; not sure this is true or if it is a means of pushing me to buy?
3. Is their service charges attractive?
4. I can also buy my own funds, why using this monthly investment plan?
